Greetings! It’s a pleasure to make your acquaintance and thank you for taking the time to visit my website.

Based on Vancouver Island, I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) dedicated to supporting the mental health and well-being of my community. My therapeutic approach is informed by an extensive and diverse educational journey, beginning with a degree in Physical Therapy from Angeles University in the Philippines. This foundation in physical health eventually led me to the field of mental wellness, where I earned a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Adler University and a Certificate in Community Counselling from Vancouver Community College. This unique combination of physical and psychological training allows me to view client care through a holistic, integrated lens.
As a proud member of both the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) and the Canadian Counselling & Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), I adhere to the highest standards of professional ethics and clinical practice. Outside of my clinical work, I find balance and inspiration in the natural beauty of the West Coast, sharing my home with my family and several cherished animal companions. Whether navigating life transitions or managing complex emotional challenges, I am committed to providing a compassionate and grounded space for every individual I serve.
In my practice, I am a recognized service provider for the First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) Mental Health Benefits Program, ICBC, and the Crime Victims Assistance Program under the Ministry of Public Safety. Additionally, I hold certifications as a DBT Practitioner, and as a ADHD Certified Clinical Service Provider.
Throughout my journey, I have dedicated myself to supporting individuals facing various challenges in their wellness journey, such as addictions, mood disorders, C/PTSD, personality disorders, ADHD, suicidality and a range of other mental health concerns.

I specialize in assisting survivors of sexual abuse, individuals coping with grief and loss, and those processing traumatic experiences. My practice is inclusive and welcoming to diverse communities, including men’s health, the LGBTQQIAAP community, youth/adolescent, new immigrants, refugees, as well as couples and families navigating difficulties.
My therapeutic approach integrates modalities such as ACT, Emotional-Focused Family Therapy, Addiction Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Practice, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Depth Psychology, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Couples Counselling, and Youth Counselling. I firmly believe in empowering you, the client, to steer your own therapeutic journey, emphasizing our relationship, trust, openness, and honest communication.

Life presents us with challenges, but gaining a fresh perspective and support can make a world of difference.
Whenever you’re ready, I am here to walk alongside you on your path to healing and growth.
If you look the right way, you can see that the whole world is a garden.
