CERTIFIED CLINICAL ADHD SERVICE PROVIDER
Life doesn’t have to be a constant struggle.
For those 12 and older who feel like they’re working twice as hard to stay in place. Together, we’ll turn the volume down on the noise and find your unique rhythm. Start Your Journey
Understanding the ADHD Experience
ADHD is often described as a “disorder of attention,” but if you’re living with it, you know that’s not quite right. It’s often an intensity of attention. You can spend hours hyper-focused on a project you love, yet find it physically painful to start a five-minute email.
It’s the feeling of having a “browser with 50 tabs open,” or a radio that’s always playing between two stations. It impacts your executive functions—the mental skills that help you manage time, regulate emotions, and get things done.
“For my clients over 12, ADHD often feels like a heavy backpack they’ve been carrying without knowing why. My work is about helping you put the backpack down, look inside, and decide what tools you actually need for the path ahead.”

Our Therapeutic Toolkit
There is no “one size fits all” for ADHD. I use a multi-modal approach to build a strategy that feels authentic to your life.
CBT Approach – Together, we identify the ‘ADHD tax’—the extra time, money, and emotional energy spent on tasks. We reshape the negative self-talk that says ‘I’m lazy’ into functional, self-affirming habits
DBT Techniques – For when emotions feel like a tidal wave. I provide concrete ‘in-the-moment’ tools for distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness to help you stay grounded.
Somatic Therapy – ADHD isn’t just in your head; it’s in your nervous system. We work with the body to release the ‘buzzing’ sensation of restlessness or the heaviness of sensory overwhelm.
Behavioural Modification – We build your ‘external brain.’ This isn’t about trying harder; it’s about designing your environment with scaffolding that makes your goals easier to reach.
Executive Function Coaching – We tackle the ‘how-to’ of life. From task initiation (overcoming the ‘wall of awful’) to time-blindness, we build systems that actually work for a neurodivergent mind.
Emotion Regulation Skills – ADHD often comes with ‘big feelings’ and Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD). I teach skills to help you navigate these intense waves without being swept away.
Neuroeducation – Knowledge is the antidote to shame. We explore the dopamine-seeking nature of your brain, turning ‘what’s wrong with me?’ into ‘this is how I’m wired.’
Strength-based & Self-Compassion – We move from a deficit model to a growth model. We celebrate your creativity and hyper-focus while practicing radical kindness toward the parts that struggle.
